Glen Fern is a private 10.7 acre woodland which is maintained as a wildlife reserve and eco-project. The cabin is situated at the beginning of the woodland, surrounded by ash and sycamore trees.

Glen Fern Woods is located in the picturesque North Cork countryside, only a 2 minute drive from the quaint village of Liscarroll. Liscarroll is home to a Norman castle which is accessible to the public and also has Ireland's only donkey sanctuary. It has a few local pubs, a shop, church, and handball alley. Doneraile House and Gardens, a 400-acre estate with fantastic walks and scenery, is just a ten-minute drive away. The cabin is also a 15 minute drive from the town of Mallow, where you will find numerous amenities to keep you busy. 

It is also just 45 minutes from Cork city and Limerick city, nestled between these two bustling hubs of activity in the peaceful countryside.
